Welcome to Meridian Beach |
The Meridian Beach Homeowners Society is a non-profit organization established for residents of Meridian Beach to allow member investment in the lasting value of an exceptional community that embraces lakeside living and a true sense of community spirit. |
ABOUT THE HOMEOWNERS SOCIETY The Meridian Beach Homeowners Society (MBHS) is registered as a non-profit organization under the Alberta Societies Act. MBHS oversees the preservation of our community, including maintenance and enhancement of the Meridian Beach community’s shared amenities and hosting year-round events and programs for community members. Community amenities include the hall facility, grounds, tennis and basketball courts, bridges, pavilions, pathways, canal, beaches, washrooms, and common areas. An annual encumbrance fee is charged to lot owners to maintain these amenities. Active involvement in the MBHS is an excellent way to meet fellow homeowners and a way of building community pride and connection among residents. Email board@meridianbeachhs.ca to learn more about volunteer opportunities. |
